Jay McHugh - indeed this is the great way to re-connect.
Though for me, World Cup for Cricket works like a charm. Next time (2019), I may host a competition and raffle....

I have not. Any conduit for connection should not be overlooked.
Most USA citizens don't understand that most stadiums in the USA are too small to host a World Cup game.
It would be worthwhile to invest a little in understanding what all the fuss is about.

I have not watched any games, perhaps if USA had been in, it would have been more excitng for me. Wish i could make it to Boston but working solo as my support staff vacations

I happened to catch the tail end of a few games on TV a week or so ago, but I'm not a fan. I do have to say those guys have to be in great physical shape - they just keep running and kicking non stop.
My son went to Mexico a few weeks ago when Mexico was playing, and he walked through the airport and he said EVERYONE was screaming and yelling and jumping around. That must have been quite the sight.

Congrats on the new listing, I know nothing of this sport, but my buyers agent and her family watch it closely.

Hmmmm... gotta disagree about soccer being the most boring sport. You can put golf on the top of my list of "boring"... followed by baseball (Too many games - the most excitement is cold beer and hotdogs)
Almost forgot to answer the question... Didn't use your suggestion, though I did watch several of the World Cup events...

Nope. As Peter Capaldi's "The Doctor" said... "Soccer is the most boring sport."
I just can't get into it and any events I did around it would not be genuine. Regular season football or the local training camp, yes. World series/world cup/basket ball, no thanks. Maybe polo or cricket. Definitely rugby.

I have to agree with Richard Weeks but I certainly understand that appealing to a sport or sports team can get you into a productive niche.
