I once sevred all our young visitors by holding a tray . On one side of the tray was Candy for them . On the other side was a CMA Certificate , I called a treat for Mom & Dad . I asked them to take one of each . Most did what they were told. Most parents look inside their kids bag to make sure it's safe to eat . Gave out over 100 CMA Cert. , received ZERO complaint calls !

We've played upon the Halloween theme with a listing we have coming on soon. The house was painted Orange by it's owner so the advertising says "Just in time for Halloween"... #LittleOrangeHouse

I pretty much do the same marketing year-round but I will update my Halloween (events) blog on my WP site and re-share it.

None for business, and we haven't had a single kid come to our house trick or treating for over 20 years, so we don't even buy candy.

Everyone in my data base will get an email greeting.  The plan is for a few of my favorite "littles" to get a treat bag sometime before 10/31.

If I gave out candy, I might put my card on it.  Just thought of that one!  Little bags of goodies with my card stapled to it.  Probably lead to a bunch of prank calls though.

In reality: I don't do any themed marketing.  I did know dentists who gave out toothbrushes from their office and toothpaste.  Yeah, popular house!

My sole Halloween marketing is 30 days of Halloween themed blogs. In the last 14 days 1 new listing and 2 new buyers directly from people who saw my Haloween blogs. LOVE IT
