If you count emails from someone supposedly moving from New Jersey then yes I have been contacted multiple times by a “foreign” buyer. (Love you New Jersey – just teasing about “foreign”)

i for one am very leery of those... they do spend money, however i have my radar on and ears up and eyes open

Wish I did. So to start off...congratulations. Any contact from a foreign investor is a huge deal that just keeps on coming year after year.
