I have no preference, I am okay with what we have with placester.

We use IDXbroker for our client websites. It allows us to customize both HTML and Wordpress websites to the client's requirements. It is search engine friendy and mobile-responsive (works on any device). Lead capture is built-in and you can set it to always require registration for searches or to let people search your site without registering. There are no contract commitments and the monthly fee for the service is very reasonable. We are an IDXbroker partner and we do waive the $99 setup fee for our clients. There may be other fees depending on your MLS and feed type. I recommend always going with a RETS feed if it is available to you. This will give you the most flexibility and data access. Sometimes there is an additional local MLS fee for RETS, but it is worth it. If you would like to discuss or have any specific questions, feel free to message me.

DIverse Solution and IDX Brokers are the two biggest players just for IDX solution then you have to integrate it with your website

I actualy pay for a RETS feed and have it used in a very custom manner.

After spending thousands on a WordPress site and Diverse Solutions I went to a Pipeline ROI site with IDX built in and indexed on every page.

Following. I am also looking to change my IDX integration. The one I currently use does not have  a good lead capture.

what are you not pleased with?

I think there are several. Broker and diverse solutions?

There are so many platforms, mobile, desktop, lead generation etc

We would suggest IDX Broker, which is what we used to recommend to our clients until we developed our own IDX.  It is only available to our own clients.   I hope this helps.  All the best, A
