Both.  I like to educate clients about the process.   When dealing with other agents I try to listen.  I found agents had a a bad habit of not listening to one another, talking over each other, etc.

I'm both.... I learned how to do each of them at the "right time"

Practice by affirming and repeating the key points in your relationships. It's just a force of habit. Get in the habit of affirming and repeating! Or your money back ;)

One must listen in order to produce great results.

I AM a talker. I WISH I were more of a listener.....

Both.  It depends on the circumstances on which is more prevalent.  For example, in real estate, listening is more important but when doing a comedy sketch, talking is more important.

At least you're aware of it.  I used to be a big talker, but over the years have learned to listen.

i"d have to say I'm both, it depends on the situation, I hope I use it well when dealing with clients or prospective clients.

I'm both. But at first I ask questions and let them talk. When they ready to listing to me, than it will be my turn.

I do both.  If you don't talk back, people stop talking, but I do try not to dominate the conversation.

Sometimes I find I MUST talk to keep someone else from saying something really stupid or hurtful which words they will be unable to remove from the universe.
