In 1999, after purchasing his first rental property, David left a career of twenty years in the automotive industry to pursue his lifelong interest in real estate. A dedicated achiever, he immersed himself into his new career, first joining Century 21 in Libertyville. David used his skills to become a top office producer, leading in sales volume 3 years in a row! In 2001, David joined RE/MAX Showcase in Gurnee, where he continued to be a sales leader and innovator! In 2008 David & Shannon joined forces with Century 21 Hometown.
