After having several experiences with uninformed realtors and home buyers throughout the state of Maryland, we decided to begin offering our free courses so that Maryland residents and realtors could fully understand the intricacies of mortgage financing. Our hope is that by offering these seminars we can provide enough information to both the public and professionals resulting in smoother real estate transactions.
