Thanks for visiting my Active Rain page. I along with my real estate partner and mother Ruth Neidhardt, work in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire for The Bean Group at their Meredith NH office. A great deal of my professional life has been in sales and real estate. After years in yacht sales I moved into real estate which offered a more rewarding relationship with clients and a chance to familiarize people with the Lakes Region and more specifically Lake Winnipesaukee, which I grew up on and love.
My family moved to Meredith in the early 1970's when we purchased a cottage on Lake Winnipesaukee. Growing up in the Lakes Region gave me a great appreciation for central New Hampshire and everything that it had to offer. Being able to drive to the White Mountains in 30 minutes and the New Hampshire seacoast in 45 minutes makes the Lakes Region unmatched for location and truly a unique place to live.
Ruth began selling real estate in 1994 in Meredith and I teamed with her in 2002. Together we have been able to offer a higher level of service for our clients by combining our individual areas of expertise. We invite you to visit our home website teamneidhardt.com to view lakes region homes available and learn more about us.
