As a lifelong resident of Mocksville I can provide a unique insight into the buying process. With every closed transaction I complete I donate 50.00 in the name of my client to the Humane society of Davie County to benefit the No-Kill Animal shelter. Did you know that in the first year of their existence over 200 dogs and cats found homes thanks to the dedication and hard work of a handful of volunters and supporters. I strive to provide outstanding service in all areas of the Real estate market, but my favorite part of the market and the area I am most expert in is that of historic houses. I renovated and now live in an 1895 Victorian in the historic district of North Main St. I have also marketed and sold several historic properties. I am also serving as trustee and manager of the Ben Eaton house and farm in Farmington, considered by many to be the oldest standing residential structure in Davie County.
Just a half hour from Winston-Salem and one hour from Charlotte, Mocksville is truly the "Pearl of the triad.
