I am a Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Investor. I specialize in working with other Real Estate Investors, Buyers and First Time Home Buyers. I work with investors in finding buyers (for those who do not have buyers lined up) and taking those buyers through the home financing process. My attention to detail works well in dealing with individuals who have not been through the mortgage process, and is an insurance policy for those who have previously been through the mortgage process.

I began my career as a Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Investor in Chicago, IL with Pan American Mortgage; a well known Private Bank and Brokerage Firm in Chicago, IL. From the very beginning, my careers have fueled one another; my mortgage career has been fueled by the connections and relationships I've made over the years with Real Estate Investors, Real Estate Agents/Brokers, Lawyers, CPA's, Financial Planners and Appraisers. These relationships allow me to provide the best service and become an information source for my clients and the clients referred to me.

As a Real Estate Investor my mortgage career has exposed me to every level of REI imaginable; from the newbie who needs consultation and guidance to the very seasoned investor who only needs the next deal placed in their lap.

In either case, whether dealing with a client on the mortgage end or dealing with a seller and investor on the REI side of things my goal always remains the same. And that is to provide the best service, make the process as smooth and seamless as possible and create winning situations for all parties involved.
