Our company specializes in preparing your property so it will sell quickly and usually for significantly more money. I have been staging homes throughout my 30 year real estate career, even more so in the past 4 years. Because of the success I have enjoyed with staging for both myself and my clients, I made the decision to expand into opening and operating a full service staging company in February 2013.
Through experience I have come to recognize professional home staging is one of the most important and valuable tools available to any property owner. Our company is committed to making staging available to anyone in any price point who wants to maximize their return on equity and reduce the length of time involved in the selling process.
As an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), real estate broker and veteran of the industry over the past 30 years I have worked in every aspect of residential real estate; seller and buyer brokerage, new construction, subdivision management, property management and opening and operating two large real estate companies;, one of which was my own franchise company and included hiring, training and managing over 150 Realtors, running 13 individual offices and overseeing 23 staff members.

| Just a note to thank Kelly Maxey for such a wonderful job on staging for us day before yesterday. We were down to the wire working really hard to get our home ready for the Biltmore Broker Home Tour yesterday. Kelly met me at the house last Friday, came up with some fabulous ideas and on Tuesday arrived with your crew and truck full of wonderful things to make our house shine. She is lovely to work with and did a FABULOUS job! We received MANY compliments on the staging and were able to hand out several of her cards to agents that were impressed with her work. Best of all...... our home won "BILTMORE TOUR BEST HOME!" This was quite an honor as the competition was tough! Thank you very much for helping us present this home is the best possible light. | Lifesaver!!!! I hired Staged to Sell Design Services after being hired to sell a home that had already been on the market for 6 months. I knew the only way I could sell the home would be to have it staged. I was right. The home was staged and 7 days later it went under contract. The home is sold and so am I. The decor was perfectly fitting for the home and it looked gorgeous. |

| This was my first foray into using a professional staging company. I admit that I was hesitant at first due to the expense involved. As a Real Estate Broker, I did not feel comfortable asking my client to bear part or all of the expense of the staging, since I was not sure if it would be to their advantage at the end of the day. I decided to go ahead and hire (at my expense) Staged To Sell as an experiment of sorts. And, here I sit with a full price offer, literally 6 hours from the time I listed the home on MLS!!!! Yes, I said 6 hours. Not 6 days or 6 weeks, 6 hours. My clients are thrilled, and I am quite stunned in the best way possible. The professionalism, the customer service provided and the follow up provided during all facets of the staging, from my first contact with them, to the professional photography included as part of the package, were nothing short of exemplary. Great job Staged To Sell, I am happy to have found a valued member to add of my already awesome team of vendors (Contractors, Plumbers, Handymen, Flooring etc), without whom I cannot do my job properly. | As a realtor and investor I decided to hire Staged to Sell to professionally stage my recent remodel. After meeting with Gillian and going over the specific demographic that we were intending to target (home is located in an upscale 55+ active adult community) we let the group from Staged to Sell take the ball. When I first walked back into the home after the staging was complete I was simply "blown away"!! | Staged to Sell exceeded my expectations. Prior to staging, I had lots of showings where buyers complained they just couldn't figure out how to place furniture in the house. I received a fantastic staging and the first buyer that saw the staged property wanted to buy it. I had a written offer the the next day. Awesome! Also, the business is well run. From the first visit and design proposal to managing the delivery, setup and removal, the staff is responsive and professional. Highly recommended. |

| This company is absolutely incredible & extremely professional! I called to get a bid on a listing I had. In less than 2 hours, they had previewed the property and provided an estimate to me and the Homeowner. The contract was executed by end of that business day, which was a Friday. They called me to schedule an appointment and came out the following Monday. Since we were expediting the whole process, i wasn't able to initially meet them at the property. I drover over once I received the email that it was staged, and WOW! I was genuinely surprised at the drastic transformation from a vacant house to a stage home, and not just a few pieces of furniture, but all the little extras plus artwork on the walls. They are definitely worth every penny and super professional! Staged to Sell Designs is my #1 choice and I highly recommend them! Oh, and the best part? Received 2 offers within days of property being staged! |

| I used Staged to Sell on a vacant luxury home I was selling in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Within 4 weeks I had a contract on the home which had been on the market for the prior 4 months. They have a great sense of space management and the decor fit the home wonderfully. It is one thing to bring in furniture and decor which fits the home just right, but it is even more important for a stager to be able to design the interior spaces to maximize its attributes and minimize areas like smaller room sizes, as an example. They are not the least expensive staging company on the market, but you get what you pay in this industry. The level of furnishings and decor, as well as creativity, functionality and space management, will sell the home - you need a stager who understands both, and they do. It was a miraculous transformation and I highly recommend them, and would use them again. |

| I was skeptical about using a staging company, but it was a great investment. One of my listings had been on the market for over four months with no offers. I convinced my seller to stage the home and have professional pictures taken. The seller accepted an offer after the first showing with the home staged. Staged to Sell did a great job! |
