Here is the most recent Ahwatukee AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for October 2022:  After reaching an all-time high of $701,303 in May, the average sales price of homes in Ahwatukee has fluctuated up and down, from a low of $599,709 in September to $662,107 for October. After increasing for the first six months of this year, the price per square foot of Ahwatukee homes has also fluctuated up and down, increasing again in September to $290/sf, and then dropping back down to $288/sf in October.
