Lynn has a long history in the real estate market, having grown up with a father who was a visionary and an investor in DC real estate and lived and remodeled homes on Capitol Hill, Dupont Circle, Chevy Chase (one of the few ultra modern homes in the area), Mass Ave (the pie-shaped embassy on Mass and Florida next to The Cosmos Club).

"Living in diverse neighborhoods and watching the renovation process gave me a deep appreciation for differing styles of design," says Lynn. "I have also lived in Peru, Ecuador and owned and operated a working organic farm in Quebec. I understand demographic analysis and have the ability to stage a home to appeal to buyers looking in any neighborhood, whether contemporary, eclectic, or traditional and any price range.
