| Ronnie did a fabulous job selling our house. With her experience and expertise, we received multiple offers within the first 24 hours and sold our house above asking price. She also has great contractors to hire for everything from house cleaning to repairmen to get the house ready to go. |

| As first time buyers, the process of buying a home was daunting and Ronnie quickly calmed our fears. She guided my girlfriend and I every step of the way. Starting out we had an idea of what we were looking for in a home and once Ronnie had that understanding showing us houses that we were interested in became easy. She was honest and up front with everything including any challenges we might encounter and that was something that was very refreshing.
