I am proud to be a Realtor and love my job! I earned the GRI designation several years ago and recently I have earned my HAFA and REOS certifications. I have been living and working as a professional real estate agent in Florida since 2003. Prior to moving here I was licensed in New Hampshire. I lived in Waterville Valley, NH and now I live on the water in the Yacht Club area of Cape Coral. I am one of the 7% of real estate agents in the Southwest Florida to be chosen by my clients as a Five Star: Best in Client Satisfaction for the past 7 years. I work hard with all of my clients, I try to set myself apart from others by being patient and attentive to my clients needs and wants. I get great referrals from my past clients which makes me very pleased that they want to refer me to their friends/and or family. I make myself available 7 days a week because I believe that not everyone has a Monday through Friday schedule.

Certifications
I enjoy working in Cape Coral because I live here but I am also very close to South Fort Myers so it is easy for me to service that area as well. I enjoy working with first time homebuyers, it's a very exciting experience for everyone involved. I work with a lot of people relocating from up north because it is so easy to communicate via email and the internet. I specialize in residential real estate not limited to just single family homes and condos but also residential income properties and vacant land. I am a "survivor" of the market that has certainly been a challenge to deal with in the last 2 years! I am invloved in some short sales and bank owned properties due to the market but I am working hard to get these properties closed so that the people involved can go on with their lives. I am agressive and persisitent when it comes to getting a property closed.
