Holding the title of Team Leader for the Patrick Morrissey Mortgage Team  in Ocean City, New Jersey. Patrick believes in teamwork and holds his team to a high ethical and performance standard. Developing Realtor relationships has been at the core of his success and he committed 3 years of his career as the "in house" lender for one of the largest privately held real estate companies in Cape May County. "Diversification" is his new motto and he enjoys the challenge of redefining his business model each year to keep pace with the changing marketplace. Patrick is committed to continuing education and training and truly loves the teaching aspect of his role at the Patrick Morrissey Mortgage Team. He devotes time to supporting and educating other loan officers and takes great pride in helping other mortgage professionals expand and grow their businesses. Patrick graduated from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, and is a native of New Jersey Shore. He loves the ocean and his Ocean City community, the town he calls home.
