I have worked with a variety of clients.  I work with !st time home-buyers, buying their first home and scared to death because they are unsure of the process.  I make sure to walk them through every step, as many times as it takes to make them feel comfortable.  I assist our Military, Soldiers and their families to relocate to our area as smoothly and unobtrusively as possible, knowing the pressure moving can put on the families.

I work diligently with Sellers in this market.  The sellers of today, in many cases don't understand why things aren't the same as they were 2-3 years ago when a home could be bought and sold in a short period of time and a large equity could be expected.  I take the time to show them the ins and outs of the real estate downturn.  I provide them with minute by minute changes in the local market that may affect the price and sell of their property.
