Tarheel Auction & Realty was established in 1967 by Larry Hedrick & Dwight Goforth. The primary focus of the company at that time was conducting auctions of all kinds including Real Estate auctions. Throughout the years we realized the need for our firm to handle traditional real estate transactions for our customers. Tarheel Realty II was formed in 2005 after the passing of Dwight Goforth in 2004. Larry, along with his daughter Suzanne Hedrick Osborne, are the owners. In 2007, Larry  stepped back and limited his involvement in the firm by handing over the Broker in Charge role to his daughter, Suzanne.
