Holly Springs and Fuquay Varina are having tremendous growth. Most of the homes that are being sold are new construction. Huge differences in quality and construction. As a licensed builder I see where there are short cuts and I see where builders are putting added extras that the average buyer isn't aware of. Also a lot of the buyers do not buy to there situation. What I mean by that is . They buy in the first phase of a project knowing that they plan to move in two years. Then when they are trying to sell there two year old home, they are competing against all the new ones at the same price. Always have and exit strategy.
