| I highly recommend Melanye Phipps to anyone looking for an agent who will work diligently on your behalf. I had a special affordable housing clause on my property and she worked tirelessly with the City of Denver and prospective buyers to ensure that despite the special conditions on the property, that it sell. Melanye worked to make sure that everything was in place to sell my property as effectively as possible and was easily reachable throughout the process. She was also very helpful when I purchased a new home. I was never pressured into anything outside of my price range, she provided a fair and objective perspective on each property we looked at and brought up points that I had not taken into consideration.
