SFR  - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.  Certified and knowledgeable in the process and execution of the sale and purchase of short sale and/or foreclosed properties in the Greater NYC area.

CBR - Certified Buyer Representative.  I am certified to serve as Exclusive Buyer Agent for my home purchasing clients.  As my buyers' official and exclusive representative, I will put them and their interests above my own and anyone else's, orchestrate every aspect  from exclusive representation agreement signing to closing on their home and everything in between, and afford them the highest levels of fiduciary responsibility (care, confidentiality, loyalty, obedience, accountability and disclosure. 

I love to work with the first time home buyer, because seeing their homeownership dream come true gives me flashbacks to my first home purchase in 1984.  I have since gone on to realize another type of "first", as a single woman in 1998, which was a new level of accomplishment for me, and much celebrated ever since.  I give God all the glory for blessing me in this way, and hope to pay it forward by being a blessing to others in helping them to achieve their first time homeownership goals as well.  Just like a first love, there's nothing like a first home!!
