Why Michelle? Six years ago I began my career in real estate with Century 21 - Hecht Realty. I brought with me eight years of management experience in the restaurant and hotel business. The last position I held was Regional Director of Operations with Extended Stay America and ran 56 hotels over two states. It is this experience that has helped me excel in real estate. Although very different, still very closely related. In both roles, people skills, managing and negotiating, maintenance, quality service and keeping a tight profit and loss statement are absolutely imperative.There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work.That said, in our experience as Lake Norman real estate professionals, we've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first.
