For Mary, growing up in a family of real estate agents and investors in Chicago, a career in Real Estate seemed only natural. Her father was also a Chicago Police Officer and her mother a preschool teacher, however, as side business, they would buy investment properties, renovate them, and sell them for a profit. Mary has been sitting open houses for a long time!
Shortly after graduating from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, Mary made her way to Los Angeles and has proudly called the San Fernando Valley "Home" ever since. She currently resides in Burbank.
Before getting into real estate, Mary had a career in personal training and as a yoga instructor. Many of her first real estate clients came from these two networks. Building on the trust and care Mary took with their physical well-being, they allowed her to guide them through the buying and selling of their homes!
Mary continues to have a passion for physical fitness and women's health in particular. She annually runs the Run For Her 5K, in which all proceeds go to Cedars-Sinai Women's Cancer Research Institute at the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute, where they are working to end cancer as a threat to women. Many women in her life have been affected by cancer and it is an issue she feels extremely passionate about.
