I am in my 9th year of being a Real Estate professional. Believe me when I tell you this is a tough business. Whether I am in my office, my home office, or working out of my car, I have high expectations of myself, and operate with the premise that the consumer expects that from Realtors. That is why I am constantly looking for better/additional/newer "tools" to add to my repertoire to not only stay on top of the Industry, but to continue to obtain and upgrade my knowledge and the technologies and other "tools" that results in Consumer/Customer/Client satisfaction from the first time we meet, through the "closing" and staying in touch afterwards.

Years ago I recognized that "two heads are better than one" and I have been looking for someone that I felt had the same drive, integrity, and commitment.  Mr. Kurt Maas joined our firm a year ago and has displayed the qualities that I was looking for, and we are "Teaming up" to provide a true 24/7 operation, as there are many times when, despite trying to accommodate all our clients, there are always going to be times when you can't be two places at once. We are in the process of merging (March 2007). After much research I believe we will have one of the finest Real Estate websites on the Internet in early April (2007). THE INFORMATION AND LINKS PROVIDED WILL LITERALLY BE YOUR "ONE STOP SHOP." We have connections with great people/firms to help our clients with everything involved in a Real Esate transaction. When you are REALLY working at providing a service, you never stop trying to improve.  That being the case, WE have been constantly adding and massaging the tools to be and remain successful  

We not only represent McHenry County, but we serve the "collar counties" as well.  If we feel that what you are looking for is too far away for us to provide you with the service you deserve, expect, and require, we have affilliations with other agencies and Realtors that we have dealt with and found them to be Realtors we are comfortable referring you to.  We will not compromise anything, because our integrity is EVERYTHING!

As I write this there are over 900,000 homes in the United States that are either in Foreclosure or Pre-Foreclosure status. This is mind boggling and a tragedy.  These homeowners stand to lose their homes, all their equity, and are still on the "hook" for their outstanding mortgage balance.  This reality is "numbing."  With these overwhelming statistics, Kurt and I have added another weapon to our arsenal.  We have bought the McHenry, Illinois 60050 Zip code and we are in the process of making contact with 600 plus Homeowners, in that zip code alone, that are in dire straights.  It is our hope that we can work with the homeowners and get their property listed and sold before they lose it.  This way they get fair market value or something much better than walking away without anything but their bank note.
