For 30 years I was an Electrical Consultant and Contractor, after retiring I started investing in Real-estate.

Several of my friends started investing in Real-estate also and asked me if I could manage their properties for them, as I was not licensed to do so I had to decline.

After much pershswason I desided to get a property managers licence and started to manage several rental properties.

Several of my clients then asked me to please help them purchase and or sell properties for them, again as I was not licensed to do so I had to decline, but decided to get my Real-estate sales persons License.

I no lomger manage any properti and am pleased to be an active Realtor with Team 3000 Realty LTD.
