Get to Know Lona King
Windermere West Valley has been my home for the past 3 years, I am at the Sun City West and Surprise location. The 10 years prior to that, I held the position of Senior Contract Coordinator for Del Webb Corporation, the premier builder of Active Adult Communities around the country, I worked in Sun City West and Sun City Grand. This new home sales experience set the foundation for which I take into my real estate career. This experience gave me the insight into the total real estate sales procedure and commitment to customer service. Nobody did that part of the sales experience better than Del Webb.
Windermere has provided me with an expert training program, continuing education, a quality marketing support system and a state of the art technology program which helps enormously in listing your home for sale or in the purchase of your dream home. I keep appraised of current market trends and conditions so I can provide my clients with the latest, most accurate information. I continue to strive to be the best I can be, that is why I continue to learn. I have my ABR, E-Pro, E-buyer and SRES designations and will acquire more this year, I also belong to the NAR and our local boards.
I live in Sun City West Arizona, where retirement is not about age, it's a lifestyle like no other. My husband and I moved here 13 years ago. We left California after living there for 49 years, the Northridge earthquake Just seemed to shake us right across the state lines.
I owned and operated a successful Optical practice for over 15 years in Encino, California.
