I am not an agent. I am the office Tech Coordinator and Director of Operations. I am an expert at transitioning agents and building the technological tools needed to build a business. I am also a tremendous believer in leading with revenue. I love problems and I love uniques situations, every issue creates a chance at a new relationship and affords us a chance to serve.
I belive that the only leaders are servant leaders. I believe that excellence is a marketing strategy and I believe that there is opportunity in adversity. I believe in only promising what I can deliver.
I am creative and command strong language skills.I have a background as a writer and in service. I coordinate the transitions for agents joining this office and I am constantly in search of tools to help those agents prosper. I am the most fortunate person I know. I am able to spend a life building relaionships and helping people grow as business people and as individuals.
