I am Kathy Sims, Realtor, Broker, ABR with Re/Max Gold in Concord, NC. I have been licensed since 1998. I am a native of Kannapolis, NC the home of the North Carolina Biotech Research Campus. I specialize in Cabarrus and Rowan Counties and the surrounding counties. I enjoy selling Kannapolis because it's my home. I am a native and have lived here all my life. I grew up in the mill village that was once Cannon Mills later known as Pillowtex. I worked at Pillowtex until it closed in 2003 after 27 years of service. I understand the people and their needs because I know the area and the market. Buyers feel comfortable with me when they come to me to help them find a home because they trust my knowledge of the communities. With my internet presence and the Re/Max name to back me, sellers have confidence in me to sell their homes.

I am a member of St. Enoch Lutheran Church in Kannapolis, and an active member of the Central Carolina Assoication of Realtors, the CCAR Leadership Team, and the Womens Council of Realtors. I give back to the community by supporting the Children's Miracle Network. I am a mother and a grandmother of two granddaughters and two grandsons. I also have my miniture dachsund, Missy.
