I enjoy owning a home. I believe homeownership provides a solid foundation for any family. I have always believed that "where there's a will, there's a way". I hated to hear so many people say , "we could never buy a house because......." I did not want to believe it. It seemed to me that in this wonderful country, if you were able to support yourself by paying rent, then you should be able to buy a home and have something you own. So, I decided to get the facts, and then put that knowledge to use helping people who really want to own a home, but think that they can't because of something that they read, or were told.
