In 1984 Wayne moved to NYC to be closer to the woman he is currently married to for 23 years. Wayne became a Paramedic for the city of NY and worked in New York until 2001.
Wayne ,Rosemary and their only child Jennifer moved to Texas in 2001 and Wayne worked for a few years as a paramedic while going to school to be an echosonographer. Wayne then became an instructor and taught Echosonography for The Cardiovascular Institute. While teaching, Wayne got the opportunity to become the CFO of a large medical and welding gas supply company.
Wayne is a consummate knowledge buff and soon decided to go back to school to get his Real Estate License. While in School, Wayne had an instructor, Linda Cottar, who represented everything in business and life that Wayne wanted to be. Wayne has now become the Houston Manager for AVTransfers.
