After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in Business Management, I moved back to Durham and soon after started working at Hertz Equipment Rental. I began my real estate career with Frank Ward Realtors. In 1999 I started Ward & Misenheimer Realtors with my two other business partners. From 2000 to 2010 we operated as Coldwell Banker Ward & Misenheimer before joining Fonville Morisey Realty in October of 2010. In November of 2016 my business partners and I decided to start back up Ward & Misenheimer Realtors. Some of my achievements include: Director for the Durham Regional Association of Realtors (DRAR). Served on the Social Committee for the DRAR. Director for the Triangle Multiple Listing Service from 2003 to 2010.Graduate of Realtors Institute. 2009 DRAR Realtor of the Year.
