Joshua a Santa Barbara native with an entrepreneurial spirit, which was evident early on when at age 17 he incorporated his creative marketing strategies and innovative branding skills to help a local non-profit elevate to the next level. In 2005 Joshua headed south to Los Angeles and worked as a Business Development Executive for a Mortgage Firm in Los Angeles. Joshua helped craft a marketing strategy to advance the firm to its next phase. After successfully incorporating his skills and experience Joshua decided to head "home". Joshua headed back to his hometown of Santa Barbara and realized that real estate was the ideal profession that would allow Joshua's entrepreneurial spirit to flourish.

Once in Santa Barbara Joshua became the protégé of two highly respected and top producing agents in Montecito & Santa Barbara. Joshua has incorporated the almost forty-combined years of real estate experience his mentors have instilled in him with his pioneering marketing techniques, exceptional communication skills and unwavering tenacity to bring his clients the best of results.

With a deep appreciation for his hometown, its residents and unique lifestyle Joshua proudly gives back to the community he loves by volunteering for a number of youth activities and organizations throughout Santa Barbara.
