As a lifelong resident of the Inland Empire, Jim grew up in Chino and graduated from Chino High School. He has experienced all of the changes and growth, through the years. From the laid back agricultural community full of Corn Fields, Strawberry Fields and Dairy Farms to the thriving suburb that it is today. He bought his first home in 1990 at the age of 22. Jim began his Real Estate Career Back in 1993.
Family is definitely a huge part of Jim's Life. Jim was adopted by his parents Don and Margo and has always had a very close relationship with them. In July of 1991, he married the love of his life, Brenda and in November of 1992 they welcomed their beautiful son, Dylan into the world. In 2002, Jim decided to search for his birth mother. "I felt a need to say thank you for my life. I imagined how hard it had to be to give up a child. I had no idea what I was in for" After an extensive search, Jim found his birth mother. He never got the chance to say thank you as she had passed away a year earlier. He did however meet four brothers, two sisters along with countless nieces and nephews. They welcomed Jim in with opened arms and today shares a fantastic relationship with them all.
Dedication and Hard Work is what Jim lives by. His dedication to family, booth his and yours is what drives him to do more for every new family that he helps through the home buying process. Jim thrives on helping the community grow stronger with every family that helps get into a home. Jim wants everybody he helps, feel the sense of pride he does by living in the Inland Empire. Jim says "We're within an hour of everything, the beach, mountains, rivers, lakes, desert, fishing, hiking, snow skiing, water skiing, we have it all. Not many communities can claim that"
Helping the Community has been something that Jim has always enjoyed. Whether it is coaching his son's Little League teams, Camping with his son's Scout Troop Jim loves to help out in any small way he can. As an active member of the Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus, Jim has helped prepared Thanksgiving and Christmas Food Baskets for the needy and helps raise money for the local programs.
A Sense of Humor is one of Jim's most noticeable traits. Jim is a very genuine person with a fantastic sense of humor. He loves to break the awkwardness of a tense situation by cracking a joke. He loves to laugh at himself and make other people smile. He says "Sometimes laughter is the best cure for a bad situation or a bad day."
