I grew up and have strong ties and networks within the Klamath Falls community. My family’s business Powley Plumbing has been involved in the building industry and trades proudly for over 35 years. I am currently the President Elect of the Klamath County Association of REALTORS®, serve on committee's at the state OAR level and am a long standing member of Soroptimist International of Klamath Falls. I graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Interior Design and Merchandising and I love going back to Corvallis to cheer for the Beavers! I also worked for a major department store in merchandising and design for over 7 years. Along with my husband Ryan and my dogs we love Klamath Falls and the amazing beauty and all of the outdoor activities that Southern Oregon has to offer.

| I'd like to tell you about our experience selling our home with Jill Russel. It would be hard to find a situation less likely to result in a sale than ours. We owned a home in a highly publiciz ed, environmentally challenged subdivision. As a matter of fact, it was in a federally designated Superfund site due to asbestos contamination. It took me 3 years just to get it refinanced in 2103 to take advantage of lower interest rates. I had accepted a job in Alabama and really wanted to get the home sold so we could move on. interviewed several realtors but Jill was our hands down choice. Ican still remember our initial conversation. She was very professional,courteous and genuine right from the start. Iasked her if she thought she could get it sold. Jill was absolutely honest in her assessment of our situation. She told us that it was going to be difficult. There were many obstacles in our way but she made one guarantee; she would work hard and do everything in her power to make it happen. We chose to trust Jill and listed the house with her in February of 2014. There were ups and downs, interested parties decided the location wasn't worth the hassle and risk of working through the governmental hoops. Jill always remained upbeat yet realistic and helped keep us that way too. The day came when she brought us an offer. She worked with us get the deal finalized. Jill communicated with all of the parties involved throughout the process including the title company, our realtor in Alabama, and the relocation company. When it was all said and done, I'm not sure who was happier, us or Jill for us! Jill made good on her promise. She did work very hard. She found the right buyer and sold a house Ithought unsellable in less than 4 months. We would recommend Jill Russel to anyone looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable and caring real estate professional. Steve and Carla M. |

| We closed!!! There are not enough accolades out there to describe how thankful I am for your incredible service, professional dedication, and impeccable follow-through. Our sale posed more than its share of challenges and setbacks, yet each time you faced them head-on (not to mention promptly).
