Who Am I?
Hi, I'm Jason and I'd like to thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty that specializes in the town of Holly Spring and the surrounding areas of Apex, Cary and Fuquay Varina. I am extremely client focused and strive to provide the absolute best experience you can possibly have while buying or selling your home.
I live in the area with my highschool sweetheart and lovely wife of 16 years Angela. We have 2 children (one of each) Noah who is 11 and Becca who is 7. Originally from Anne Arundel County Maryland, my family and I relocated to this area in 2007 and haven't looked back since! We absolutely love it here and look forward to helping to continue to build this already vibrant community.
What's my Background?
I have a strong, albeit varied background in Real Estate. I'm a former home builder/developer and real estate investor. My mother is a Realtor and my step-father is a highly successful rental property investor in Baltimore, MD. I guess you could say that I have real estate in my blood (ha ha)! Whether or not it's in my blood, it truly is my passion, and I'd love to put that passion to work for you.
In addititon to real estate experience, I spent 13 years in IT consulting (both as a consultant and in managment) and I'm a proud veteran of the United States Army.
What's My Style?
Working with me you'll find that I am casual, yet professional. I'm the type of person that most people feel comfortable being around. I'm friendly and have a good sense of humor, but make no mistake I can be a pitbull when it comes to representing you and your interests. I take my fiduciary responsibilities very seriously. I truly beleive in the vitrtues of trust, honesty and service.
I'm not a "list it and forget it" type of agent. I will work harder for you than you expect and I will always communicate with you. I will not let you sit in the dark and wonder what's going on. You will get your phone calls and emails promptly replied to and when I say I'm going to do something, I do it. I'm a little old fashioned in that sense, but it just adds to the experience you will have when working with me. I'm pasionate about real estate, but equally as passionate about customer service, and that's not something that I just say, it's part of me and how I operate.
