I love inspecting homes and can't imagine doing anything else in life for a living. I only schedule one inspection per day so that I can devote my entire time to the client, however long the inspection takes, and I honestly inspect every home just as if one of my own daughters were buying it.
Sure I could do two or three inspections every day and make more money, but I don't believe this would be serving my client's best intersts, because I would have to rush through each inspection to get to the next house.
Approximately 95% of all my monthly inspections come from my past client's referrals, and 5% come from agents.
Agents who know me and my reputation can testify how thorough I am. In fact, many agents hire me to inspect properties which they are considering buying.

Since 1997, I have conducted nearly 5,000 home inspections which includes the structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Pest and Radon/crm are also available.
The time I spend on the inspection depends on the age, condition, and size of the home, generally 4 to 6 hours. Clients and agents are invited to attend the inspection, and in fact I encorage it.
I produce a very detailed narrative pdf report with attached digital photos, which I email to the client and their agent on the SAME DAY OF THE INSPECTION.
My company is Bonded, Certified, Fully Insured.
I carry One Million Dollars E&O Insurance and also General Liability Insurance which includes a Referral Endorcement (ALSO COVERS THE REFERRING AGENT, BROKERS, LENDING INSTITUTIONS, REAL ESTATE ATTORNEYS).
I'm registered with the Pennsylvania Department Of State, and a Member of the US Chamber Of Commerce.
