Huntsville is a military city I relocated to Huntsville with the military about 30 years ago, my family was a part of the military and we made Huntsville our home. It’s a great community, the best way I can describe it is a city and country living in one.
Many people who’re moving to this area either relocation with their jobs, school or retiree.
This is a very diverse community. Redstone Arsenal is our Military base .Many military families and government contractor relocate here with their jobs.
This area also provides an excellent choice for education in all fields student will have the opportunity to choose from many schools such as high schools, universities and colleges.
This area is made up of many different counties the two primary counties where I work are
North Madison County and Limestone County, these are following area within these two counties:
North and East Madison County, Huntsville East, Huntsville North, Huntsville South and Harvest, Madison, Athens and Limestone Most of my buyers choose these area to live primarily because they’re near jobs, restaurants, schools, hospital, malls, recreation and entertainment facilities, and within 10 to 30miles radius of the city.

| As a first time homebuyer, one of the first things I did was take a class on what to anticipate in the process of buying a home. One of the first things that class emphasized was getting a real estate agent that you trust. Valerie was referred to me and she turned out to be just what the class suggested. She helped me stay within the range of prices that worked with what I wanted to budget. Whatever listings I found or questions I had regarding properties that I had seen on line she was quick to get me additional information and statuses of those homes. She helped me in negotiations and showed a great aptitude in being able to see those little things that as a first time homeowner I could easily miss. I could not have done it without her guidance and help in finding the right home. She is terrific! |

| Our family had out grown our 3 bedroom home in the city and we wanted to move to the county without going broke. Valerie helped us buy our dream home. It was a foreclosure deal that required a lot of time and the knowledge of HUD rules that we didn’t know anything about until then, but Valerie handled it all.. Valerie was helpful when we were placing the bid on the property, she knew the market value for the neighborhood so we could win the bid but not over bid. She also told us about a great finance company that approved us right away With a low interest rate! At our closing we already had $63,000.00 worth of equity in our home! We love our home, without the help of Valerie we would not have know how to win the bid to purchase this home. She is the Best! |
