Being an animal lover, I make a contribution to the Topsail Humane Society for every real estate transaction that I am involved in. My buyers receive a tree from me to be planted in their new yard. I am also involved with the National Arbor Day Foundation and donate money to plant trees in my sellers' names. When working with builders I have a tree planted through the Arbor Day Foundation for every one taken down during construction.
I do my part in taking care of the environment by having as much of my advertising printed up on recycled paper as possible; that you will definately not find with other agents in the area.
Whether I represent a buyer or a seller, my goal is the same: to make each client's real estate experience a successful one. That means listening to your needs and equipping you to make the best decisions with the right information.
I am a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). I work a lot with sellers in the area. I do extensive advertising for my clients' homes. If you would like a list of where your home can be advertised please contact me. The center page of The Real Estate Book and Topsail Voice Sounds magazine are an example of that, as well as extensive web marketing. Afterall, 80% of home buyers start their search on the web. I also create a virtual tour for ALL houses listed with me.
I work a lot with out of town buyers. I believe the reason for that is because of the technology capabilities that I have. I am able to send my clients the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) numbers via email and then they are able to go to my website www.hillarynix.com to look at the homes. I also have the capabilities of emailing all forms to my clients, if necessary.
I offer my buyers and sellers twice the access and twice the listing opportunities that many agents do, because I am a member of both the Topsail Island Association of Realtors & the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors. I will take the stress out of the process by explaining any complicated forms, contracts and agreements fully.
