I'm a transplant from Illinois via Wisconsin, Ohio and a few locations within Illinois. I've been in sales all of my income earning years and enjoy real estate from the aspect of helping folks with their most used and valuable real asset. In shopping for a home about 80%-85% look online for properties, that's great. Allowing for some privacy and 'think time', the soon-to-be-owners get to know the ropes and the time committment involved. Also becoming knowledgeable to the terms and 'what comes first'.
