I am a transplant from Michigan.  Having been in Real Estate from 1976 I enjoyed working with people to find their dream home.  I wanted to enjoy the warmer climate, so I moved to Florida with my wife leaving 6 married children, 10 grandchildren and 6 greats.

I am very active in The Villages environment having lived here since 1990 and watched the growth from 3,000 homes to currently having 78,000 residents.
