Meet Eren Millam

A graduate from City University of Seattle, I specialize in residential sales in the greater Lewis County area where I was born and raised for most of my life. Prior to real estate, I was a public servant for L&I and DSHS working my way up from an entry level position to supervisor in a few short years. At each position, customer service was the main focus and I wanted to bring that to the real estate industry mostly dominated by sales.

Why I'm Different

I believe the real estate industry should be all about customer service. My role is to provide you with the most accurate information and market insights to make the best informed decisions. Part of extraordinary customer service is making myself available to clients when it's convenient for you and communicating in your preferred manner. I use modern high-tech marketing techniques as well as more personal door-to-door interactions to get my clients the most exposure and best deals. Also, I'm always trying to learn more to serve my clients better which is why I've earned the Certified Negotiation Expert designation.

Passion to Serve

Being a public servant has ignited my passion to serve my community. While at DSHS, I was a part of Homeless Connect which helped to provide valuable services such as clothing, hygiene, and food to those less fortunate. I recently completed a term as Commissioner of the Napavine Cemetery District ensuring the maintenance, fiscal responsibility, and long-term viability of the district for future generations. After serving two years on my church's Stewardship Board, I volunteered to take over as Treasurer. I am also an Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce, helping local businesses grow and thrive.

When I'm Not Working

I enjoy playing games of all kinds, card games, board games, and sports to name a few.  I am an active participant in Lewis County Flag Football, basketball leagues, and a local recreational softball team during the summer. My family members include my dog, my wife Ashley, and our son Jack.
