Sometimes when I meet new a new realtor or client I am asked "What programs do you have that the other lenders don't" and simply reply: "none". Yes, we have all programs under the sun like FHA down to 580, Reverse Mortgages, 203k, DPA, Jumbo's, etc. but we are not the only lender that has "everything".
