Western Colorado is such an undiscovered area!  When you say "Colorado" most people think of Denver, mountain views, looking west from Mile High Stadium, ski slopes... they have NO idea that OUR side of the state exists.  I'm here to introduce all to the beautiful, unique "Western Slope" of Colorado.  We moved to Colorado from Texas 12 years ago.  Our first home was in Montrose in an area called Bostwick Park.  Bostwick Park is on Highway  347   which takes you to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison.  Wow, what a hole in the ground!  In 1997 we moved to the Cedaredge area.  Cedaredge is a lovely little town sitting on Highway 65, designated the Grand Mesa Scenic ByWay, at the base of Grand Mesa, the world's largest flat-top mesa.  Talk about sportman's paradise!

Grand Mesa boasts over 300 lakes (think fishing), miles and miles of hiking, biking and snowmobile trails, Powderhorn Ski Area,  elk, moose, deer, sled dog racing, and the list goes on......

The "Western Slope" includes Grand Junction in the north, Delta, Montrose, Ridgway, Ouray, Telluride, Durango, all the way south to New Mexico.  If you've never been here come on down for a visit.
