I've lived in the Antelope Valley since 1987 and I am familiar with the many communities within it. Many people and real estate agents who haven't lived here only know about Palmdale and Lancaster.
My formal education includes a B.S. degree in Business Administration from California State University Northridge. Currently I'm a member of the the National Association of Realtors , the California Association of Realtors, and the Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors.
I can offer you professional representation and negotiation as well as knowledge of the current local market and pricing trends. Nowadays, a Realtor® must be more of a counselor than a salesperson and I welcome that role. I am very computer savvy, which is a must since real estate has entered the internet age. There is a lot of information on the internet about buying and selling property. My job is to help you make sense of it all.
I'm here to help guide you through the process when needed. Everyday I attempt to achieve my goal of providing the best real estate service possible, which includes returning phone calls promptly.
I specialize in the Antelope Valley which is almost the size of the state of Connecticut. It has a variety of communities within, covering all different price ranges. Some home requirements and needs may be different than in other areas of Southern California.
Currently the largest part of the current market consists of foreclosures and short sales. I've been representing bome buyers for both since the market shifted to this a while back. I'll work with the first time homebuyer and walk them through the process step-by-step. I also help seniors downsize and inform them of ways to investigate possible tax benefits by doing so.
The HUD market is beginning to make a comeback; I can represent buyers in purchasing a HUD home. Also, there are some local programs that I share with my clients. A lot of the AV is vacant land, so naturally I help people invest in land, or cash out if they have some to sell.
