I have underwritten over 3,000 mortgage applications (1,000 transactions, $750 Million in Mortgage Loans or $1 Billion in Real Estate transactions) across the country mostly in the wealth and affluent segment. I got my real estate license in 2006 and started a property management firm - Castle Point Property Management and began my career in real estate.
