Having lived in the South Bay and Palos Verdes Peninsula most of my life; I know every street and neighborhood. My long-standing relationships with local professionals from contractors, attorneys, escrow companies and everything else in between, gives my clients the edge when it comes to connection with necessary information and resources in order to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
Through my creative marketing plans I attract more qualified buyers and get homes sold fast and for top dollar. With Buyers, I carefully listen to their visions of the American Dearm and then set out to find the ideal home to suite their lifestyle.
I have been married for the past 21 incredible years to a retired local police lieutenant and together we have raised 2 wonderful sons who are now in college. Matthew is studying Criminal Justice at Virginia Wesleyan College where he is also playing NCAA Lacrosse. Nicholas is at NYU studying musical theatre. Both boys grew up through the Palos Verdes Peninsula School District and feel that they were very well prepared to enter college based on their Peninsula Education. (Nick attended Interlochen Arts Academy in Traverse City, MI his senior year).
As a live living organ donor for a child (now teenager) with Cystic Fibrosis. I belive that every child deserves the right to a happy childhood. Children are our future and it is our responsibility to help them grow into successful, loving and giving members of society.
