My name is Dan Beirne and I have been in the real estate industry for more than 30 years. My father was a real estate broker for more than 50 years before me. I still get a thrill out of helping a buyer find a great house or helping a seller sell a property. In my career I have accumulated a great deal of knowledge about real estate. Most would call me an expert. I have sold more than 350 homes and managed several real estate offices. I have a broker's license in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. I am a licensed real estate instructor in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. I have completed the professional course work and practiced as a real estate appraiser and as a title insurance agent. In a real estate transaction I understand every aspect of financing, sales, title and valuation. I use that knowledge to help my clients.
I see my job a differently than most real estate people. I am not here to sell you anything. My job is to help you make good smart decisions in your real estate transactions. You will notice the difference the minute you meet or speak with me.

As an expert in Negotiations I help to guilde buyers and sellers. i help my clients make good decisions in their real estate transactions. No aspect of the sale is new to me wether it is termites, mold or a boundry dispute I have been there, done that. I know what to look for and how to solve even the most complex issues that arise.
