I take pride in servicing my clients' needs to the best of my ability.  The paycheck is not why I got into this business.  Buying or selling a home is often the largest transaction in a persons lifetime, and to be an integral part of that transaction is truly an honor.

I believe in the Golden Rule, and do my best to live by it every single day.

For sellers, I believe that it is very important to be #1 in 3 areas, Location, Amenities, and Price.  If you can't be #1 in all three, you've got to be #1 in price.  In a tough market where negotiation is key, you can depend on me to give you the best advice, even when you may not want to hear it.  You're hiring me to tell you the truth, and that is what I will do.  When I set a price on a property, it's an accurate one.  I have a List to Sales Price ratio of 96.2%.

For buyers, I will represent you to the fullest, and not embarass you by writing offers that don't have a chance at being accepted.  I will not just show you a few homes and try to sell you one of them.  I will only show you properties that meet your criteria we set at your buyer consultation session.  I will make sure you are pre-approved before we begin the process, so that nobody's time is wasted.  I will also encourage you to enter a Business Relationship Agreement, for your own protection.  You, as a Buyer, are in need of as much representation as a seller.

I worked as a radio deejay for 3 years before leaving the industry.  From Sepmber 2005 - March 2010, I lived in the suburbs of Philadelphia, spending 3 of those years working in Real Estate.
