Because you learn something new every day, at least that's my goal!  When I happened upon this site , I found some very clued up folks.  Sharing information and educating each other is what makes us all better at our jobs.  There's always room for improvement! 

I also hope to connect with the public and share my knowledge with them.  A more knowledgeable consumer will be happier with their purchase and/or sale.  

So.... learning, teaching, making contacts and maybe even a friend or two.
