Heather Brang is an Owner and Realtor at Exit Realty Foothills. Completing her college degree at California State University Fullerton with a B.A. Degree in Business Finance and emphasis in Real Estate, Heather’s passion for the business brought her to owning and running her own franchise.

Upon meeting Heather you will always find a positive attitude. The enthusiasm she exudes towards ensuring her client’s satisfaction is simply outstanding. It’s all about personal attention and building a relationship that extends beyond the transaction. “Helping a client find the perfect house, or finding the perfect buyer who will love and care for my clients home just as they did is truly what I set out to do every day.”

Heather’s goal as an owner is to strive for a healthy and fun environment for her agents. She conveys a sense of leadership and integrity. She educates her agents not only to do their job and do it well, but also to provide and share the skills to create long-lasting relationships with clients and amongst co-workers.

Her philosophy: “If my agents are well versed with real estate knowledge and ethics, they keep a positive and professional attitude, then they will be able to provide the client with the most information to help them to make an informed decision that will change their lives. We are not here to make decisions for our clients, but to educate them so they can make the best decision for themselves and their family.”

Heather has taken her past experiences and combined them to construct a company that will truly surpass her competition in customer service and production; all the while having fun and enjoying each step of the way.

Heather is a long time resident in the San Dimas / La Verne area and is currently enjoying raising her two young girls here as well. She is an active member of the community and is currently an affiliated member with many local, state and national groups.
